💵 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Life happens! Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair, while keeping your booking secure.

 

1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and secure your reservation.

 

2. Guest Cancellations

 

If you cancel, the deposit is kept.
For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour, any balance paid may be refunded.

 

 

3. Company Cancellations

If we cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen events, you may reschedule or receive a full refund, including deposit.

 

4. No-Shows

Guests who fail to appear for their scheduled tour without notice forfeit all payments.

 

5. Refund Timing

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
